Kelly J. Chastain
Mayor Kelly J. Chastain was first elected to the City Council of Colton in December 1996, serving as a member of the Council through four elected terms. Mayor Chastain represents the City of Colton as a member of the Inland Valley Development Agency Board, elected by unanimous vote to serve as Vice Chair of the Board. Mayor Chastain also represents the City of Colton as a member of the San Bernardino International Airport Authority Commission, elected by unanimous vote to serve as Secretary of the Commission.
