San Bernardino International Airport Authority and FedEx Express have agreed to begin regularly-scheduled air cargo flights into SBD International Airport.
(SAN BERNARDINO, CA, July 17, 2018) Today the San Bernardino International Airport Authority and FedEx Express have agreed to begin regularly-scheduled air cargo flights into SBD International Airport.
FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and the world’s largest express transportation company, will occupy a 57,000-square-foot facility under a new 10-year agreement. Daily flight operations will begin in October, 2018.
FedEx Express operates one of the largest aircraft fleets in the world with 670 aircraft, serving more than 220 countries and territories. The activity at SBD International Airport will enhance the company’s air cargo network in the region, with plans to add dozens of new jobs at the Airport.
